Dog Training in Carrollton, GA

Dog training is not a joke. It isn’t a hoax, and it isn’t something to take lightly.

Professional dog training is the difference between enjoying your dog and battling them over everything.

We know that you love your dog, we’re here to support that. Good dog training is about fostering relationships between pet parents and their pups. It’s about transforming the dog’s behavior so that they can have the kind of life they deserve.

The truth is, many dog owners don’t realize that allowing problem behaviors limits their dog in many ways. If your dog can’t do basic obedience, such as coming when they’re called or walking on a leash without pulling, they certainly can’t sit with you at restaurants, travel the world with you, or have playdates with their friends. We don’t just work in a training field: we work in a lifetime transformation field.

We help dogs become the best version of themselves through behavior modification. Our methods, which are science-backed, time-tested, and infused with positive reinforcement, work on all dogs, regardless of their circumstances. We can help any dog, any age, any breed in our west Georgia area. Many dog trainers won’t work with older dogs or dogs with rough histories, but we find that every dog is willing to change when they’re given the right chance.

Where To Start With Basic Obedience

If possible, we do recommend that you begin with our puppy training program. Getting your pup started off on the right paw is the best way to give them a full and fulfilling life. We cover puppy socialization skills, house training, jumping, and more! Not only does it cover all of those normal puppy problem areas in fun and engaging ways, but it also gives guidance for the entire family so that you and your household can create an environment that will foster all the hard work your fur baby is putting in. It’s very educational for everyone who comes into daily contact with your dog.

However, if you can’t, either because you adopted or you simply haven’t gotten around to it until now, we still want to be available for you. No dog is out of reach, including those struggling with severe issues such as reactivity, aggression, and separation anxiety. We firmly believe that, and it comes out in how we approach training. We meet every new client with the understanding that you and your pup are unique. We want to hear your goals, your needs, and answer your questions. This is especially important if you’re coming in for help with reactivity. Knowing what you know, seeing your dog through your eyes, and hearing your hopes for the future help us shape your training experience so that it’s not only effective, it’s efficient and lasting.

Helping Dog Owners Choose the Right Path

As you have come to know, we hold the firm conviction that everyone should have access to dog training that helps them live life to the fullest. For this reason, we’ve created a wide range of programs so that, hopefully, there’s one that works with your schedule and goals.

Puppy Training

Beyond puppy training, we have private lessons for those who may want to focus on really specific problems, such as listening even when distractions are present. The real world is full of squirrels, food, other dogs, strangers, etcetera, so we get needing that training boost. Our trainers always find fun and interactive ways to help dogs grow by leaps and bounds during private lessons. These are also beneficial for owners, because you’re there, watching, learning, and asking questions. In a sense, the lessons are as much for you as they are for the dog.

Board and Train

Our most efficient training program is our Board and Train, which is highly effective. Essentially, you drop your dog off with us, we care for them 24/7, make sure they’re happy, healthy, and thriving, and we give them 40 hours a week of professional training. This is a great path for those leaving town, but we also have pet parents choose it even if they’re staying local. As far as life-changing transformations go, this one is the most astounding.

Day Training

We also offer day training, which is excellent for those who don’t want to sacrifice evenings and weekends with their canine companion. We do get it. Not having that bundle of joy to come home to is difficult. With Day Train, you drop them off in the morning on the way to work or wherever, and you pick them up on the way home. You’ll notice a change starting to take place after the first couple of sessions, we’re sure of it.

Whatever your training goals, whether you’re working on crate training, confidence, chewing, or anything else, we’re here to make your experience painless and sustainable. Call us about scheduling consultation today!
